▲On June 27, Black Cat announcing that it planned to invest 100 million RMB to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary company, Liaoning Black Cat Composite New Material Technology Co., Ltd.; With Liaoning Black Cat as the main body of the project, it will invest in a new carbon/rubber composite masterbatch project with an annual output of 160,000 tons. The total investment of the project is expected to be 688 million yuan.
▲Recently, the first heavy-duty truck tire X-ray inspection product of MESNAC was successfully put into production, and the product’s operational efficiency and imaging quality were recognized by customers. This model is independently developed by MESNAC, filling the gap in X-ray inspection equipment for heavy-duty truck tires at home and abroad. It increases the measurable tire weight from 110kg for heavy-duty tires to 320kg, and the image quality of related detector reaches a resolution of 0.4mm and 5888 pixels, which is an industry pioneer.
▲Qingdao Double Star Tire has started building a new tire factory in Snool District, Cambodia. The factory will mainly focus on the US market, with an annual production capacity of 7 million PCR and 1.5 million TBR. It is expected that production of PCR will begin in the first quarter of 2024, while production of TBR is planned to begin before the end of the year. The budget of the factory is 210 million US dollars and covers an area of 4.3 million square feet.
▲Recently, Double Coin Group (Jiangsu) Tyre Co., Ltd. OTR tire capacity improvement project was publicized in the environmental protection department. The project is located in Rugao City, Jiangsu Province, which is an expansion project. The total investment is 1,500.00 million yuan, including 20.36 million yuan of environmental protection investment. In order to meet the market demand, the project will eliminate 300,000.00 sets of TBR tires (17,100.00 tons) capacity, and increase the annual production of 42,000.00 sets (7,700.00 tons) 14.00R25 and 380,000.00 sets (9,500.00 tons) 16.00R25 OTR tires.
▲Recently, the Jiangsu factory of the Seal Business Unit of Tianjin Pengling Group Co., Ltd. was officially put into operation. Wang Zhifang, Chairman of Pengling Group, and others attend the commencement ceremony. This factory is located in Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province, and specializes in high-end sealing strips such as European style run channel, split frameless seals, and body seal systems. In the future, the Seal Business Unit will rapidly achieve the continuous improvement of high-end seal products and create its exclusive core competitiveness through the collaborative promotion of the Shanghai R&D Center and the Jiangsu factory.
▲On June 5th, the annual production of 9 million rubber transmission belts and 1.5 million meter polyurethane belt technology renovation and expansion project of ContiTech Transmission System (Ninghai) Co., Ltd. passed the environmental impact assessment approval. The total investment of this project is 30 million yuan, including 1 million yuan in environmental protection investment. After the completion of this project, the final production capacity of the entire factory will reach an annual output of 29 million rubber conveyor belts and 8.5 million meters of polyurethane belts. The ContiTech Ninghai factory mainly produces automobiles and industrial belts.
